This policy covers the Anoda website at anoda.sh, which is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("Anoda", "we"). Anoda is not yet generally available. When the product launches, we will update this policy to cover it before you use it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store:

• your email address
• the language you were browsing in (English or Chinese)
• when you joined, and whether you are still subscribed

When you visit the site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use these logs only to run and secure the site.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or third-party chat widgets on this site. We do not ask for your name, phone number or payment details.

How we use it

• To tell you when early access opens and to send you updates about Anoda, including a confirmation email when you join
• To keep the site working and protect it against abuse

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your email address with anyone except the service providers listed below.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the waitlist in its D1 database, and sends our emails through Cloudflare Email Service.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist entry until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Cloudflare keeps request logs for a limited period under its own retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to remove you from the waitlist, by emailing hello@anoda.sh. We will act on your request within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell waitlist members by email.
